The Analysis Of Conducting Mechanism Of The Urban Land Resource Allocation To The Industrial Restructuring

The transformation and optimization of the urban land resource allocation promotes and influences the transformation and optimization of the industrial structure. Industrial structure determines the nature, location and the trend of economic development of a city. The industry is an important engine to a city. It is an important basis for government to make policy, make the macro-control, achieve economic growth and keep the urban sustainable development that comminuting the rational land use structure with the urban industrial structure. Thus, it has important significance that make the study of land resource allocation mechanism to the impact of industrial structure and relationships to solve problems encountered in urban development.Firstly, I collated and summarized the progress at home and abroad on land use and industrial restructuring, the main research methods and perspectives. Based on the small-world theory, qualitative analysis were made of the urban land allocation mechanism for conducting industrial structure, relationships, and the obstacles and constraints in the role of conducting. Secondly, on the national classification of land use and industrial structure, considered the needs of the research, induction was integrated about the industry structure and the land architecture, the method of information entropy was introduced to determine the evaluation index system, a theoretical basis was provided for the subsequent empirical analysis. Again, made Shenzhen an example, I collected statistical data from 2008 to 2011 of the land use change in Shenzhen and the industrial output value. In the empirical analysis, two dimensions of time and space were analyzed and evaluated by calculating information entropy and balanced index in Shenzhen land structure and industrial structure. The correlation coefficient index was introduced, a quantitative description of the allocation of land resources for the impact of the industrial structure by using the SPSS software to analyze the degree of influence. The results show a direct impact was existed that land resources changes impacted the industrial structure. There are problems of unbalanced regional development in Shenzhen land allocation, which lead to the industrial structure showed a greater difference. On the economic benefits, the land utilization of Luohu, Futian and Nanshan is high, but the economic development of Bao’an,Yantian is lagging behind, the problem of irrational industrial structure is prominent. Finally, based on the findings, the status of Shenzhen land allocation and industrial development, optimization and innovation of land configuration mode was proposed to promote the industrial restructuring.
