The rational determination and scientific prediction of water and soil consumption structure is the basis for drawing up the plan of water and soil resources development and utilization, and it is significant for achieving the appropriate allocation of regional water and soil resources and coordinated development of social economy. But the evolution of water and soil consumption structure is a complex process, and the driving factors is abnormal active.Taking Jiansanjiang branch bureau of land reclamation general bureau in Heilongjiang province as research platform, this paper diagnosed evolution complexity of driving force and comprehensive driving mechanism of water and soil resource consumption structure by using a variety of data mining methods. Main conclusions of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1) Discussion of development trend of water consumed structure of Jiansanjiang Branch Bureau was conducted by using information entropy. The results indicated that agricultural water occupied the dominant position, and industrial and domestic water accounted for a small proportion in water consumed structure of Jiansanjiang Branch Bureau; Information entropy of water use structure is escalating trend.(2) The driving factors of water consumed structure were filtered by factor analysis, and the principal driving force which caused the change of water consumed structure was analyzed. The results represented that socio-economic factor and natural environment factor is principal driving force of water utilization structure evolution at Jiansanjiang Branch Bureau. And index of driving forces is visualized by ArcGIS in1995and2009, to more intuitively judge the changing trend of driving force.(3) Shannon entropy function was employed to study the entropy features of land use structure and evolution laws of land use types. The results showed that information entropy of land use structure is little; land use structure is single; Its Structure is strong; the orderliness of land use type is high.(4) The gray correlative degree analysis method was used to research the driving forces of the land use structure information entropy changes. The results of gray correlative degree analysis method indicated that the factor of population mobility is the most obvious driving forces of the information entropy change. Relatively the investment volume is the minimum driving force.(5) Comprehensive index of driving force and comprehensive driving force level is calculated respectively by using the driving forces index formula and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Calculation results and evaluation results are visualized by ArcGIS.
