Secondly, the situation of A company are introduced, and the characteristics of localization project of A company and the existing problems are analyzed. Then, analyze the application process of APQP used in the localization project at A company. Finally, summed up the advanced quality planning used in localization project in A company’s effect and shortage, and the advanced quality planning used in localization project prospect.The biggest characteristic for localization project in A company is design and production in different regions. Through the research of this thesis shows, the advanced quality planning and effective application can make the localization project operation more stable, the maximum decrease the problem due to the design and production in different regional, so that products can meet customer requirements, improve customer satisfaction.
