The international development of the hotel industry early in the early 1990s have a certain scale, more foreign capital hotel gradually into the domestic market, and quickly occupied the market share has on China’s hotel industry brought greater competitive pressure and culture shock. Domestic and international hotel industry development gap, to a large extent determined in their marketing strategy and the implementation of the application, which foreign hotel in the management process more using more advanced marketing strategies and methods, from the operation has overcome the domestic hotel experience of management theory. So, the study on marketing strategy of foreign hotel will help to promote the development of the internationalization of the domestic hotel.The comprehensive comparison in the traditional, new and marketing strategy innovation of three types of research based on. Firstly, the paper introduces the hotel marketing strategy research, and introduces the 4P and 3Rs marketing strategy. Secondly, introduces the Landison Hotel’s actual situation and the development of the situation, and analyzing the actual Landison Hotel Marketing from the marketing strategy, customer relationship, marketing personnel team construction and the use of public relations aspects, and the reasons are analyzed, such as sales model is not updated in a timely manner, cultivate customer loyalty ability is insufficient, staff responsibility and solidarity lack awareness training and ignore customer relationship marketing. Finally, from the aspects of marketing strategy, customer relationship, human resource management, public relations management and hotel internal management strategy optimization proposed Landison Hotel Marketing Strategy, aimed at achieving the optimal management of Landison Hotel.Through the study of Landison Hotel Marketing Strategy, can fully understand the hotel facing in the development environment of the strengths and weaknesses of the condition. And the development opportunities and threats, hotel to understand the existing marketing problems, help hotel to develop scientific marketing strategy to adapt to the continuous development of the market environment, also for the future development of other hotel also has good practical significance.
