Nowadays, with the wide coverage of the Internet,the people’s way of shopping are changed. Compared with the past in the store to buy things, now, consumers are more like to choose convenient online shopping.Therefore, Online shopping market scale rapid increase accordingly. According to the statistics, Nearly five years of online shopping market growth rate is over 100%,then a few years, the growth rate will slow, but still will maintain steady growth.Network buy users are mainly distributed in large and medium-sized cities,but with the development of economy,the number of online shopping in small and medium-sized citiesand towns will rapidly increase,which will make more and more enterprises to join the tide of electroniccommerce.Along with the explosive development of electrical business, the surge in the amount of network shopping,and need to delivery a doubling of the amount of goods, the distribution of a series of problems are appeared,such as the delivery staffand lack of limited space, distribution site, and so on. The traditional logisticshas not qualified, the new growth of the business enterprise logistics business is also difficult to maintain.The optimization of logistics distribution network, Therefore, is the key problem of e-commerce enterprises need to solve.The logistics network includes a network of regional logistics network and city logistics network, This paper takes the city logistics network as the research object, has carried on the exploration research. First, through the literature and combined with the actual situation, The electronic commerce logistics network can be divided into three levels: city goods storage divergence center, primary distribution station and secondary distribution station; second,according to the location of the shopping order distribution model as a constraint condition, With the economical principle of system analysis of each distribution node of the cargo handling capacity and distribution capabilities, using the intelligent algorithm to solve the model, and thus to zoning of distribution location, determine the location of the secondary distribution station;third,by the location of the site, two site distribution and path optimization as the goal to establish a multi-objective optimization model;fourth, combined withthe tree structure of the model code, using partheno genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm to solve the model; Finally, combining with an instance of a logistics company in Lanzhou to test.The importance of logistics for an e-commerce enterprises is obvious,the improvement of logistics distribution network is imminent. Scholars at home and abroad research this question has a long history,This research is based on the optimization of electronic commercelogistics distribution network,through the solution and program which summarized by the domestic and foreign research scholar for this problem and combined with the actual situation to design an optimization method for B2 C e-commerce logistics distribution network;considering special traffic in the city,the actual orders demand,hierarchical division of distribution, distribution site, vehicle routing optimization of logistics network optimization model is set up,and using a variety of methods to solve; with examples to validate the analysis, the results are satisfactory. Finally, this paper reviews the research work,find out the deficiency during the research method and solving process analysis,and put forward some problems needed to be studied and make outlook for future research.
