Faced with increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises in order to enhance their core competitiveness, the concept of supply chain management has gradually put on the agenda of the company. Supply chain management has became an important measure to companies to improve their market value and achieve sustainable development. Many companies realized that if supply chain management used properly, will play an important role in decision-making on the company’s future strategic development issues. In this paper, the author started from the basic theory of supply chain management, studied Hui technology company’s supply chain management, and gradually analyzed some of the issues that enterprises in the supply chain management exist, based on this proposed improvement measures, and finally used supply chain management evaluation system to analyzed and compared the results before and after, then draw final conclusions. It has played a role like a guiding light in the future development direction of the company’s supply chain management, but also provided a theoretical reference for other businesses.This paper will be divided into four parts:The first part is the basic theory of supply chain management. Firstly expounded the basic concept, structure and characteristics,main content and the four development stages of supply chain management. Second analyzed the development trend of supply chain management, and introduced the structure model of supply chain management and the main process simply.The second part is the Hsu technology company’s supply chain management problems and analysis. On the basis of development, supply chain management in the structure of organization and supply chain management business process of the Hsu technology company, founded three issues about inventory, parts and stability in supply chain management, then analyzed its causes further.The third part researched the improvement of Hsu technology company’s supply chain management. Putted forward the countermeasures of improving supply chain management. For the main problems of the company in second part, combined with the theory of first part, analyzed and proposed the corresponding improvement measures which involved the lean production, purchase management and inventory management, etc.The fourth part is the Hsu’s comparative analysis of before and after supply chain management improvement. By setting the seven evaluation index of supply chain management system(including the production rhythm, total operating costs of supply chain and supply chain core enterprise product cost, accurate and timely rate of delivery, customer satisfaction, quality qualified rate and information transmission accuracy), compared and analyzed the old and new system, draw the conclusion. Hsu technology companies in the management process should pay attention to these points: the need to share between the first node enterprise databases, full and effective resources; second, companies have to believe to achieve win-win is the ultimate goal, and supply organizational structure of the fourth, companies need to change before; manufacturers to build long-term stable supply chain alliance; third, companies can outsource non-core business to a third party to manage the limited energy and resources on managing the core business clear responsibilities of various departments, supply chain management to improve staff knowledge and ability to adapt to the requirements of supply chain management.
