Tax is the economic lifeline of the country, is an important means of governance, to strengthen security work tax has become the general consensus at all levels of government in of China. In this paper, combined with the implementation of "tax protection measures" throughout the course of the actual situation in Hunan Province, in-depth analysis of the main problems with the current difficulties faced by Hunan tax security work. Practical experience combined with tax protection in developed countries, as well as our work to explore the tax protection, the proposed optimization recommendations to improve the province tax security system.
