Reseach On The Technical Extension Service Mode Of Tea Industry In Hunan Province

Tea industry is one of the pillar industry in agricultural economic crops in Hunan province. The development of Hunan tea industry with a long history, has the advantages in terms of natural ecological environment, tea varieties and brand competitive.But from the viewpoint of sustainable development, infrastructure of tea industry in Hunan province is weak, tea farmers and related personnel in tea industry lack special knowledge. So how to enhance agriculture technology innovation ability and develope new mode for the promotion of agricultural science and technology is a subject worthy to study.After the literature access and field survey, this study summarized the experience of agricultural science and technology promotion abroad and the development course of modern agricultural science and technology promotion at home. And then analyzed the status of Hunan tea industry science and technology promotion service as well as the role of Hunan agricultural university, Hunan tea research institute and other science and technology promotion organization in the promotion of tea science and technology.According to the present condition of tea industry science and technology promotion in Hunan province,the thesis put forward the balance record card and performance check mode for Hunan tea industry science and technology promotion agencies to realize the idea transformation from narrow to broad and to strengthen the government investment in the implementation of science and technology promotion and construct province-wide modern tea industry science and technology information service platform and so on. Besides, the thesis put forward Hunan tea industry science and technology development countermeasures. At last, proposed new mode for the promotion of agricultural technology, that was competent government departments combined with tea research institute, the tea industry competent government departments combined with agricultural university, tea special commissioners combined with tea industry information platform.This study aimed to offer reference and guidance to government departments, the promotion actors, tea farmers and tea enterprises owners and other relevant personnels in the promotion of tea science and technology in Hunan.
