Nanning City Affordable Housing Construction Project Management Research

At the same time, this paper takes Nanning city G talent apartment construction project as an example, through field visits to the project construction management, found the project construction management process of the project schedule lag, public buildings supporting imperfect, the construction scale of the project setting unreasonable. Based on the analysis of the existing problems, it is concluded that the main causes of the problem lies in the protection of housing construction task allocation is unreasonable, the project site is not scientific, government and enterprises in the process of project construction relationship not clear etc..
