Research On Risk Management Of Nanning ZN Company Agricultural Product Refrigeration Project

Refrigerated processing industry is the fastest developing industries in twenty-first Century, the scale of the development of refrigerated processing derived refrigerated processing, low temperature storage park appeared, as engaged in production and processing, distribution activities, is the production and distribution center for the community of professional; also is a comprehensive, regional, large quantities of refrigerated goods production and marketing of the transfer platform. The central government for the steady development of agricultural products processing industry to encourage refrigerated, from the beginning of 2005 introduced a number of relevant supporting policies, such as the 2010 national development and Reform Commission issued the "agricultural products cold chain logistics development planning" etc.. Due to cold processing projects involving special construction (cold storage), special equipment (large refrigeration compressor), special technology (insulation), special requirements (safety and environmental protection) and many other special aspect, has long construction period, construction difficult coordination, project quality requirements of the characteristics of high, built many risk factors etc..In this paper, taking ZN company of Nanning agricultural product refrigeration processing project as the research object, the thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, introduces the development situation of ZN company of agricultural product refrigeration processing project planning background, the purpose of the study significance, thesis frame and refrigeration industry at home and abroad; the second part introduces the related knowledge of agricultural product refrigeration processing, lay the foundation of the study; the third part is the overview of the research object of Nanning ZN company farm product refrigeration project, including the analysis of the basic situation of project, the necessity of project construction and project construction of SWOT; the fourth part is an important chapter of this study, the tools of technology application of brainstorming, fishbone diagram and so on project risk management, to identify the various risk factors that may be encountered in the process of project construction, the analysis results show that the the existence of "project" and "project cost", "project schedule" and "project construction organization and human" such as the four major risk factors; the fifth part application of AHP theory to carry on the risk assessment, according to the evaluation results on the first three main risk factors put forward corresponding measures and solutions, to ensure that the project successfully completed. Finally, the thesis gives the research conclusion and prospect.
