At present, Chinese economy and financial operation is stable overall, the global economic recovery is obvious, it is the important period to promote the interest rate and exchange rate marketization reform. The mission of interest rate maketization is to cultivate the financial market mature and develop personal financial services. The marketization of interest rate means that the banks can no longer earning on the differential of deposit and debit, only to change into intermediary business. Under the pressure of inflation and inflationary force, financial services become the product of the marketization of interest rate. The awakening consciousness of personal financial investment is stimulated by the market, which causes our country’s personal financial business appeared strong momentum of development. At this stage, all the banks develop personal financial business and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce, at the same time broke out many problems. Based on the development of personal financial business of C BANK, this paper carries on the research and analysis from the macro, meso, microlevels, using the Michael Potter’s Five Force model to studied the problem on the development of financial business in the market environment, competition environment. Under the study of the common problems among all the other banks, it is helpful for C BANK to make up the insufficient by learn their advantages. Study the existing problems of C BANK by the market segmentation theory on its fundamental analysis. In the analysis between theory and the actual development, put forward the guiding suggestions to the development of financial services in C bank.Through research and analysis, this paper hopes to give suggestions to C BANK for the future development in financial services, pay more attention to their own problems. Under the premise of risk control system, C bank should clear development direction, so as to achieve the target of promoting the financial business development rapidly.
