In recent years, Chinese outbound tourism can be described as a "dark horse", and it can be called a new force that suddenly rises in the Chinese and world tourism market. Both from the outbound tourist trips and total consumption, it’s in the first position in the world outbound tourism market for Chinese outbound tourism market in the year of 2012 and 2013. Faced with such a strong outbound tourism demand and development momentum, Chinese outbound tourism market has been the focus of global attention. Therefore, it’s necessary to explore the law of the Chinese outbound tourism market.Achieving this target, through the statistical data collecting, with the help of tourist flow theory, we analysis the development situation of Chinese outbound tourism market. The results can be shown as follows. Firstly, Chinese outbound tourism market is of high speed development in a small-scale base. Secondly, the consumption of Chinese outbound tourism is of explosive growth. Thirdly, Chinese outbound tourism spatial distribution mainly concentrated in Asia, and the main characteristics presented in Hong Kong and Macao, overseas relatively few. Fourthly, the outbound tourists in China are of great potential, and mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal area. Then, based on tourism demand theory and tourism elasticity theory, we constructed the theoretical model of Chinese outbound tourism demand. At the same time, using the related data from 50 countries or regions during 2002-2012 and panel data model, we explored the law of Chinese outbound tourism market demand. Macroeconomic variables as a basic model, adding in international trade and domestic tourists gradually, we constructed 4 models of Chinese outbound tourism demand. The results can be shown as follows. Firstly, it is a key factor for price to affect the Chinese outbound tourism demand and the price elasticity of tourism demand is lack of elasticity in the four models. Secondly, income is significantly without domestic tourists and the income elasticity of tourism demand is elastic without international trade or domestic tourists, but lack of elastic with international trade. Thirdly, the exchange rate is significant but no meanings in the actual world. Fourthly, leisure time has no ideal or significant impact on Chinese outbound tourism. Fifthly, only the SARS of 2003 in the major events caused negative effects. Sixthly, international trade has a positive effect on Chinese outbound tourism and it is indicated that international trade can promote international tourism. Finally, between domestic tourism and outbound tourism did not appear a negative relationship but a positive relationship. It shows that both domestic tourism and outbound tourism is on the rise of development currently.Accordingly, we put forward the following suggestions. First, for the government, Chinese outbound tourism should be treated reasonably, implementing the paid vocation system, establishing tourism early-warning mechanism of tourism security and trying best to do the fundamental work of outbound tourism statistics. Second, for the business, it should be developed high-end tourism products, grasping opportunities to realize the multinational operations of tourism enterprises and optimize the tourism industry chain. For individual behavior, the consumption should be rational and increase awareness of security risks abroad.
