Since the early 19th century, the concept of the employment relationship is put forward to the study of employment relationship,it has been closely watched. So far, domestic and foreign research on employment relationship has been abundant research results. However, employment relationship model and influence mechanism between employee behavior research did not agree in the dynamic complex external environment.Employment relationship change makes the employee employment relationship pattern more and more diversified, different types of employment mode will produce different effects respond to employee behavior.Studies have confirmed that the employment relationship model of having a significant impact on employee behavior, it based on the psychological contract of employees and organizational commitment had a bigger different than in the past, it has obvious influence on the behavior such as turnover, employees’ organizational citizenship behavior.This paper will take the privately operated enterprise employees as the research object, research their relationships.P-O values fit as a form of enterprise Shared values, will affect employees realize their own needs.Therefore, this article introduce P-O values fit the variable, the research on the employment relationship model and the influence of the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention.Based on the highly dynamic external environment and the predecessors’ research,first,we discusses the the relationship between employment relationship and employee organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention. Second, considering the P-O values fit, so we construct around P-O values fit more structural equation model, and analysis the variable to the employment relationship model and organizational citizenship behavior, the relationship between turnover intention.Finally, the results show that the employment relationship model has two dimensions, namely the anticipated contribution and provide incentives,it has positive role on organizational citizenship behavior.Employment relationship model to predict turnover intention exists some negative effect.P-O values fit adjust action to the relationship between the employment relationship model with organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention.In the P-O values fit good cases, employment relationship model for the influence of organizational citizenship behavior is higher than in the situation of P-O values does not match.Instead, employment relationship model impact on turnover intention under the condition of P-O values fit well below under the condition of the P-O values do not match.
