Research On The Space-time Coupling Between Human Resources And Economic Development In Guangxi

In the modern society, the development of economy is increasingly dependent on human resources. Practice shows that human resources in the economic and social development has a pivotal role, has become the resources to create value for the country and the organization, is the primary problem to establish the future development goal and to promote economic development and social progress. As the main way of economic growth, it is necessary to make analysis in order to grasp the role of human resources accurately for economic development.According to human geography, regional economics, census data of Guangxi, the Guangxi statistical yearbooks in several years and related material, base on the analysis of present state of human resources(such as the human resources, the current situation of human resources quality, the employment structure of human resources)as well as the status stage of economic development in Guangxi(such as the gross regional product, per capita GRP, industrial structure and urbanization level),using the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis and grey correlative analysis, the dissertation established the coupling evaluation index system by selecting 8 indicators of human resources system and 12 indicators of economic system, and built the correlation model and the coupling model of the interaction between human resources and regional economy of Guangxi. The article analyzes the coupling coordination degree between human resources and economic development of Guangxi from the time series. In space, 14 prefecture-level cities can be generally divided into four types: harmony(1), amelioration(3), conflict(7) and low level coupling(3). In view of the coupling results analyzed the main influencing factors between each element. Analysis showed that the results obtained that conflict is dominant, followed by lowlevel coupling; the change of the coupling between human resources and economic development of Guangxi had different phases and undulated; the relation with human resources and economic system of Guangxi is complicated, middle correlation degree and higher correlation degree is dominant. It shows the relation is closely.Based on the coupling results of the human resources and economic development of Guangxi, the countermeasures to promote the development of human resources and economy of Guangxi are: increase the education investment and improve the quality of human resources, employment structure optimization of human resources, introduce talents and create a good human resources environment to improve the core competitiveness, optimize industrial structure to speed up the urbanization in Guangxi, increase foreign trade and develop characteristic economy industry, regional coordinated development. It makes that the human resources and the economic development coordinate with each other to be realized.
