The human survival and development is closely connected with the land which provides carrier for human survival and resources for production activities. With today’s rapid economic development in our country, there are some problems becoming more and more serious, such as the contradiction between supply and demand of land, land use structure imbalance, environmental degradation of land and so on. And the scientific and rational layout of land use will be able to effectively relieve or change this kind of problem, so how to scientifically make the land use planning, effectively deal with the relationship between exploitation and protection, as well as guarantee the sustainability of land use and the harmonious development of society, has become the core target of land use planning layout theory guidance. The Symbiosis theory of ecology, as a theory of harmony and sustainable development, has been widely applied to other disciplines, and basing on the theory system of it, many applied disciplines establish a new and more scientific theoretical framework. This paper will introduce the symbiosis theory of ecology to the land planning layout, and by building the symbiotic system of land use, study the land planning layout from the perspective of ecology.Through Combing the related concept or connotation of symbiosis theory and land use planning, and then make a comparative analysis on the symbiosis theory to the basic theory of land planning or the land planning layout, to reveal each other mutual harmony relationship among them. And draw on the theoretical frame of Symbiosis Theory, establish the symbiotic system of land use according to the research contents of land use planning layout. Finally, basic the frame of the land use symbiosis system, design the evaluation system and application system: make a comprehensive evaluation on land use symbiotic system with the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP); Using clustering analysis to evaluate the sub system of land use symbiosis system; and according to the evaluation results of the subsystem, to make the land use symbiosis degree evaluation; Finally, combined with the system evaluation and land use degree of symbiosis evaluation results, to establish the land use layout of symbiosis.In the empirical study on Guigang jurisdiction, with 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2009 for comprehensive evaluation period of the land use symbiotic system, choose the corresponding year data pluging in the comprehensive evaluation model to make an evaluative analysis. As a results, Comprehensive evaluation score of the land use symbiotic system is the highest in Guigang city districts in 2010 and the system comprehensive performance is best. So choose data of Guigang city districts in 2010 as the evaluation data source of the subsystem in land use symbiotic system. In the evaluation subsystem, take the administrative villages as evaluation unit, there is a total of 448 administrative villages in jurisdiction scope. Plug each evaluation unit data respectively in the evaluation model of subsystems, including the subsystems of survival land, subsystems of construction land and subsystems of ecological land. And after getting the results by clustering analysis, according to the superiority of results in the system make an order. After getting the corresponding subsystem classification diagram by GIS software, make a map layer overlapping of three subsystems evaluation classification graph, and then based on the principles of merit, make the land use degree of symbiosis evaluation. Finally, combined with the system evaluation and land use degree of symbiosis evaluation results, to establish the land use layout of symbiosis, and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
