Software for a single project management, case, there are all kinds of methods, but with the expanding of enterprise scale, the need to manage multiple projects at the same time, the project group of management, is different from a single project management, much more complicated than the management of a project, the need to coordinate the conflict between the project team, personnel deployment, resource integration, cost control, to solve different problems in the different project team.Project group of management’s goal is to make every project can go smoothly, minimum total cost, project control. IT will need to project life cycle project management, requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance stages of thorough investigation, focus on planning, using project management gantt chart and work schedule intuitive display project progress, in-depth analysis of the project management mode, introduces the concept of ecosystem and the pool in the paper provide more support for case analysis.Based on the best of my inauguration of M enterprise information on the development of multiple projects as an example, the combination of M enterprise development course, the key point to the three typical project, in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the project group of management, the difficulty, the natural cycles of the reference model, proposed the idea of "1+4", namely, human resources pool+ technology circle, business circle, project, product circle concept, build the project management of ecosystem management model, to reach the company internal resources symbiosis, regeneration and rebirth of the project, make the enterprise can form self circulation, reasonable use of resources, control costs, improve quality, ensure the project team can develop smoothly, as much as possible eliminate the effects of resource constraints, effective risk identification, scattered, advection and effective control, which can also for other similar enterprises project group of management, and the whole environment of IT project management to provide more reference, for the whole Chinese IT project development put forward some reference.
