Application Research Of Logistics Information Platform Based On Cloud Computing

Modern logistics industry is considered to be the artery and the basic industry of economic development. Its degree of development has been a important sign of a country’s level of modernization and its comprehensive strength. One goal of the development of modern logistics is to improve informatization level of the logistics industry, to realize the logistics companies to work together, and to meet the demand of diversified services. One of the nine key projects for planning the logistics industry is to build regional public logistics information platform. Individual logistics enterprise’s or logistics department’s collection of information and integration of logistics resources is very limited, but logistics public information platform can make up for these deficiencies through sharing information and concentrating resources, and relying on it can provide a complete set of standardized data’s interaction and business collaboration services. Our final goal is to realize the integration of information flow, logistics, cash flow and business flow.The emergence of cloud computing makes it possible to establish a real logistics information platform. The latest calculation makes computing resources a service to provide users through the network, including traditional IT technology, and it has broken the traditional information model. For logistics industry, it can integrate and optimize the regional logistics resources to build a logistics information platform based on cloud computing, which can provide personalized logistics services according to customers’ demand. At the same time, because the logistics platform based on cloud computing can realize the information resources to share, it avoids the repeated construction of logistics information platform and saves cost.Based on the analysis of current situation of the cloud computing technology development and the investigation of logistics information development, this paper discusses the feasibility and necessity to build a logistics platform based on cloud computing cloud and architecture is constructed. As the following, this paper discusses different promotion models of cloud logistics platform, according to the theory of cloud computing and the actual application situation in logistics industry.
