On The Construction Of Logistics Public Information Platform Of Fuzhou

Modern logistics takes the responsibilities of logistics process management and information management, and its efficient operation should be based on an excellent information platform. In the 21st century, with the development of modern logistics, the role of cities as the important nodes of logistics system has become more and more prominent. The public information platform of regional logistics may integrate information resources, enable the inter-exchange and sharing of various types of logistics information, provide accurate and timely information about logistics service, enhance the efficiency of logistics operation, reduce the cost of logistics and support the supervision and decision-making of the government and the functional department of the industry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study and establish regional logistics public information platform. The dissertation analyzes the demand for the logistics public information platform of Fuzhou, proposes the corresponding construction planning, and contributes to the scientific and reasonable construction of the logistics public information platform of Fuzhou.The dissertation consists of six chapters. Two approaches, literature research and comparative research are adopted.Chapter 1 elaborates the research background of the dissertation, sorts out the current state of the researches on logistics public information platform home and abroad, comments on the existing research findings, and points out that the research on the logistics public information platform is of great significance in realizing the logistics information sharing in Fuzhou, improving the informatization of enterprises, and facilitating the standardized management of the logistics market.Chapter 2 outlines the connotation of regional logistics public information platform, including the definition and functions of regional logistics public information platform. The demand for regional logistics public information platform is mainly divided into functional demand and information demand.Chapter 3 elaborates the current situation of the logistics industry and the status quo of the logistics information system in Fuzhou. The scale of the output value of the logistics industry in Fuzhou in the next five years is predicted by using linear regression equation and the information demand and functional demand are analyzed in order to provide reliable basis for the construction of the logistics public information platform of Fuzhou.Chapter 4 as the key part of the dissertation proposes the principles and goals of the construction of the logistics public information platform of Fuzhou, and attempts some innovations in the structure and function design. The principles include the overall planning and step-by-step implementation, propelling by the government and leading by the market, combination of forward looking and phased progression. The goals are the establishment of the logistics information service industry chain, the extendability and replicability of the platform model, and the establishment and popularization of the standard for the logistics business service, so that the logistics public information platform most suitable for the development of Fuzhou will be constructed.Chapter 5 proposes the new ideas for the construction of the logistics public information platform of Fuzhou in the future based on the trend of cloud computing, and deals with the safeguard measures for the construction of the logistics public information platform of Fuzhou from the aspects of developing safeguards and supporting policy measures.
