Automobile manufacturing enterprises as an important part of China’s economy, its development plays an important role for the national economy. With the increasing car ownership in China, as well as domestic and international competition in the automotive industry, whether it is public or government and industry organizations, and so expect automobile manufacturers to further enhance their influence in the national economy and the industry, for the benefit of the community. Automobile manufacturing companies how to further develop and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to promote the development of national industry and the national economy has pivotal meaning. Meanwhile, after the financial crisis and economic globalization increasingly fierce competition today, the social responsibility issues on the agenda of the auto companies, the development of corporate social responsibility around the development strategy have been imminent.In this paper, using the life-cycle theory to analyz the social responsibility of the automotive industry, and combing with the industry’s own characteristics to identify the factors automakers impact of corporate social responsibility, and so propose appropriate strategic measures. Then combined with stakeholder theory and Porter diamond model to analyze corporate social responsibility environment, and how to improve and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, so that car manufacturers pursuiting for profit at the same time can be a good coordinating relationship between the various stakeholders, useing swot analysis to automobile manufacturing CSR strategy, by selecting the strategy to establish the index system. It may help for enterprise to develop a strategic plan. Be able to better integrate social responsibility into business strategy, and take the road of sustainable development.Firstly, this paper elaborated the social contract theory, stakeholder theory and life-cycle theory. Basing on these theory to analysis of corporate social responsibility and corporate performance and performance evaluation in order to support these theories, to understand the development of the situation and the level of automobile manufacturing enterprises; then to elaborated theoretically corresponding stage of development,problems and development direction of enterprises are facing.Secondly, discussing the domestic automobile manufacturers in the fulfillment of social responsibility elaborated public comments on the behavior of corporate social responsibility in this paper, and then determine the impact of factors affecting the auto companies in terms of social responsibility in the form of the questionnaire, a total of 18 factor, there are four primary indicators of factors involved political factors, cultural factors, economic factors and the concept of corporate social responsibility factors. Through factor analysis and indicators in conjunction with the auto companies related to the characteristics of the various stakeholders, proposing for the Chinese automobile enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility should be noted that the terms and related measures, and how to integrate social responsibility into the business development strategy, and then build social responsibility evaluation system, in order to analyze car performance being good or bad on the behavior of corporate social responsibility.Finally, how to promote the implementation of corporate social responsibility, combing with the above analysis this paper has made summarized for the future development and shortcomings of the auto companies, analyzed and discussed.
