However, along with the management constantly norms, each region in a certain period, there are industry protection, the market competition is not standardized, the owners know of my bureau is not comprehensive, large-scale water conservancy construction enterprises and large private water conservancy construction enterprise growth and competition means mature, has appeared and the invisible competitive threats, new business intervention to gradually raise the threshold.Under this background, this paper research object--Ningxia water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Bureau, which should play an important role in the Ningxia District of the "leading" industry advantage, will be many years construction experience and advanced management level to be cured, formed the core competitiveness, and strive to "people have me have, people have my fine, fine I am specially", so as to ensure the competition to seize the initiative in the Ningxia district; in the region, to further expand the brand effect of the project, in consolidating the basis of the existing market for greater development.
