| In our country, the urbanization always has been closely watched. The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party proposed the road of the new industrialization with Chinese characteristics, informatization urbanization and agricultural modernization. Heilongjiang province is a big agricultural province.The rapid of its urbanization can impact the development of agricultural. Harbin, Qiqihar and Mudanjiang city is listed as comprehensive pilot area. in recent years, the urbanization of Heilongjiang province has got much achievements. This article introduced the mode of Heilongjiang province urbanization and the selection of these modes. We measured New urbanization comprehensive level by SPSS software and concluded the present situation of the new type of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province. This article also found the problem of Heilongjiang Province urbanization and proposed the relative countermeasures.Through study on the states and model of Heilongjiang Province new-type urbanization, we found the problem of Heilongjiang province development. Urban function is not prominent, the shortage of the power of urbanization, regional differences are too obvious. Then put forward the countermeasures. Optimize the industrial structure, strengthening the construction of urban infrastructure level, protect the countermeasure of the ecological environment, improve the system of household registration. |
