Longitudinally,analyses Meiling’s enterprise performance mainly from the financial indicators,earnings per share and the investment scale.Since Meiling undertakes the white goods industry shift from Sichuan Changhong(major shareholder),meanwhile, it’s affected by those household enterprises which transferred to Little City,thus the influence for Meiling is quite complex.Therefore, this essay will analyses the effect on Meiling’s business performance by industrial transfer from those four ways--the capital injection,injection effect technology, management and coordination effect and the external effects,find out the greater positive conclusion on Meiling under the transfer of industries.Meiling’s own perfect competition sales model and product structure is conducive to its development in the future.At last,this essay use Meiling as the research company,analysis the undertaken enterprise’ advantages and disadvantages in business running from four aspects--operation capability,growth ability, profitability and solvency, make some reasonable suggestions,prospect to provide certain inspirations for the undertaken enterprises’ development.For the undertaken areas enterprises, transfer of businesses is both opportunity and challenge.
