With the rapid socio-economic development and constant enrichment of the scientific enterprise management theory, Enterprises need more scientific and effective management in order to be in an impregnable position. Practice has proved that the development of enterprises requires not only money, equipment as a strong backing support, soft skills, technology, management, ideas and information also plays an increasingly important role. Whether it is hard constraint or soft protection,they are inseparable from human activities. Only by maximizing the development and making full use of human resources,as well as human resources operate efficiently, company can stand out from the competition. Thus, improving the efficiency of human resources is not only the process of integration of hardware and software resources, but also is the fundamental guarantee for the development of enterprises.In recent years, the production efficiency, marketing strategy, management mode and development of digital mine construction situation of LY Coal Mine Company, is not optimistic.According to above the background reasons and the theory of markets, we can find human resource management problems, which is the reason why human resources can not play fully and the work is low efficiency.In the paper, I combine human resources with human resources value and the theory of human resources efficiency. By studying and practicing MBA knowledge and experience, regarding LY Coal Mine Company as the research object, in-depth business line, based on the current situation of human resources business, referring to the international famous and representative enterprise human resources management, Comparing the development trend of the company human resource efficiency in nearly three years,I find some problems existing in current LY Coal Mine Company human resources efficiency and the profound reasons behind, at the same time I try to find a final solution strategy. In the process of research,I mainly adopts questionnaire survey, literature, expert consultation and the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and so on. According to five main factors affecting human resource efficiency, I start an in-depth study of the major factors issues, improve the problems found, maximize human resources efficiency, and continuously improve the enterprise management level. At the same time,I expect this study could provide a reference template for similar companies.
