At the same time, our country "south to North Water Diversion" project through the city of Nanyang, Nanyang whether to take the development pattern of organic agriculture, directly affect the quality of diverting water from south to north, Nanyang development of organic agriculture has important strategic significance. At the same time, Nanyang unique natural condition, climate condition, geomorphic features, excellent soil and agricultural advantage and labor resources for the development of organic agriculture provides favorable conditions.Chapter one is introduction, introduces the background and significance of the topic, in collecting and sorting on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature, stage is introduced. The development status of domestic and international organic agriculture respectively, carried on the summary to present both at home and abroad of organic agriculture development model in, finally introduce the organic agricultural economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit, and has carried on the brief review of present domestic and international organic agriculture development.The second chapter is the concept and theoretical foundation of organic agriculture, first the concept and theory of organic agriculture are discussed, against the United States, the EU and China are organic agriculture concept has carried on the contrast, the basis for the study of this paper is established in China’s organic agriculture is defined based on, and then from the sustainability, traceability, the security and risk to illustrate the characteristics of organic agriculture. It is the theoretical basis of this paper evolution economics and circular economics, below also apply to these theories.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the development of organic agriculture in Nanyang City, made a brief analysis of the basic situation of Nanyang City, the development of organic agriculture, has made great achievements in the process of large-scale organic certification work carried out in 2014, such as the increase of certification of varieties, production awareness, build communication platform increased the business cooperation and the transformation of enterprises, but at present the development of organic agriculture in Nanyang City, there are still some deficiencies, these deficiencies are not only the development of organic agriculture in Nanyang in these situations, some common problems are many places even in China, such as the risk of the development of organic agriculture, lack of technical personnel, airport supervision mechanism and improve the product competitiveness is not strong, also combined with the actual situation of organic agriculture in Nanyang, a brief description of the two kinds of development model of common local area.The fourth chapter is in the second part of the empirical analysis, based on 2014 through organic certification of 31 cooperatives/enterprise actual situation, and the 31 through certification of cooperatives/enterprises in the field research, a collection of some survey data and the local cooperative development of the specific circumstances. Nanyang city organic agriculture comprehensive evaluation system was constructed, using 31 samples of collected data, the selection of the six indicators system:economic benefit index, ecological benefit index, social benefit index, consumers factors, internal organizational factors indicators and policy factors.
