Research Of Group Enterprise Financing Strategy Under The Background Of Financial Deepening In Our Country

With the continuous promotion of reforms in financial market and increasing of financial deepening in China, financial market becomes more sensitive to the change of international financial market. It’s no doubt that the environment of financing for enterprise groups becomes more fickle. At the same time, the economic development of China has stepped into a "new normal era", macroeconomic and industries would be facing a totally new situation. How to make more scientific and reasonable financing strategy, as well as to avoid financial risks would be an important research topic for Chinese enterprise groups seeking sustainable long-term development.In such circumstances of increasing financial deepening in China, this thesis would focus on the financing strategy for enterprise groups. More specifically, previous researches on finance theory, financial deepening theory, theory of enterprise group and financing modes are summarized, and based on that, financing strategy of enterprise group is decomposed into financing scale, financing mode and financing plans. These three points are further discussed respectively, including the method of financing ability analysis which combines theory and financial index analysis, the innovative ideas of enterprise groups financing, suggestions for making financing plans and so on. With above analysis, the financing activities of enterprise Q is taken as a typical case study. By analyzing the financial data, the problems it faces in the financing activities are further discussed and suggestions are given for its future improvements on financing strategy level.In this thesis, the most critical problems existing in modern financing activities for enterprise groups in China are summarized as the following 5 aspects:low efficiency of financing management, unreasonable financing scale, simpleness of financing mode, mismatching of financing period and endowment and unreasonable financing plan. According to modern macroeconomic and financial deepening situations, the author gives valuable suggestions for enterprise groups respectively.Moreover, the author also puts forward that "risks", "innovation", "comprehensive" is key considerations in studying enterprise groups financing strategy. The main research achievements of this thesis, which is the suggestion of further improvements of enterprise group finance strategy, are also interpreted from these three points respectively.Due to the limitation of thesis length, time and author’s ability, there might be some negligence or insufficiency in this thesis. In the future study and practice, the author will continue refining the research content with more in-depth and professional researches.
