It becomes more and more complex and chang in the modern market economic conditions, people become the most active factor and resources in the organization, talent competition to become the core competitiveness of enterprises, therefore human resources and management of human resources is also increasingly becoming the decisive factor in competitive advantage. Organization’s human resource management needs to be fit with the strategic direction to help to achieve the strategy, while the organization’s human resources strategy need to be flexible to deal with the complex environments. Enterprises have the fit and flexibility at the same time, will greatly promote the realization of organizational performance, but sometimes fit and flexibility will compete for organizational resources, showing the form of paradox, then the manager how to resolve the tension by human resources management practices between the two, has become the key to the success of enterprise human resource management. Thus, to explore the relationship between fit and flexibility and the mechanisms to resolve the paradox is not only of great theoretical significance but also has a guiding value for human resource management practices.This study first reviewed the of strategic human resource management fit effects, flexibility effects and the relationship between the two. Combed the field of organization management the predecessors’research results to resolve the paradox of efficiency and flexibility,namely organizational context mechanism, time mechanism, space mechanisms and executive mechanisms. On this basis, fully consider the characteristics of the human human resource management,focusing on the mechanism of organizational context and high tube. Tianjin Lishen Battery Co., Ltd. as the case to study the mechanism work processes and whice HR practices play a role, these human resource practices including diversity recruitment, comprehensive training, results-oriented performance appraisal, talent management and employee participation. These practices stimulate organizational trust, support, incentives and other context, promote the formation of ambidexerity organization, in order to resolve the paradox of fit and flexibility.Finally, according to the research results put forward relevant suggestions to the enterprise management practice,pointed out the shortcomings of the existing research and future research directions.
