Since the reform and opening up. China’s non-public economy has gradually expanded with booming in China’s economic structure in the proportion, the country has made tremendous contributions. The real estate industry in China since the beginning of the reform of the housing system, has maintained a vigorous development trend, real estate has become an important industry related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood, supporting effect on economic growth. But such as raw materials, rising labor costs, the high cost of financing, narrow channels, the residents to buy consciousness influence, the government macroeconomic regulation and control policy is very sensitive to a series of problems such as the risk of private real estate listing Corporation finance and investment is high, there is a certain risk, market share in the policy response to capital chain maintenance etc.In the development of the real estate industry, many industries associated with high, make contribution for the society, such as cement, steel, various labor, earthwork, machinery, design, supervision, construction and service industry etc.. The development of the real estate industry smoothly or not, will directly affect his associated industries. Based on the above background, selection of China’s private real estate listing Corporation financial competitiveness research, has a significance of the times, but also will help the company to make appropriate improvements in financial competitiveness, establish a more perfect system of financial competitiveness, better adapt to the whole industry and the market environment, to maintain a good market competitiveness. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. A proposed research background and significance of the financial competitiveness. describes the research angle of view and method in this paper, a review of the research on financial competitiveness launch.2, The author defines the concepts of financial competitiveness, and then introduces the characteristics and elements of financial competitiveness.
