The year from 2008 to 2012 was the difficult time for Vietnam economics.The world’sfinancial crisis had a great negative effect to Vietnam economics growth.The growth ratewas 8% in 2007 down to 5% in 2008,in the mean time, the inflation rate was more than10%.Small and medium firms faced to collapse,big ones had great deficit in theiroperation.Motor industry is a new industry in Vietnam which has had fairly bigcontribution to the growth of Vietnam economics.The crisis brought Vietnam motorindustry a lot of difficulty,what we care about is the potential and the prospect of Vietnammotor market in the near future.This thesis is about Vietnam Toyota Limited Company from the year of 2008 to 2012’sfinancial analysis. The analysis will show Vietnam motor market future’s prospect. Duringthe analysing process, comparative analysis; vertical analysis;horizontal analysis;benchmark;ratio anaylis; Altman’s Z core are used to analyze the company’s short term andlongterm solvency, operatiing capacity and risk calculation. The analysing result showedthat the company is in a fairly good financial status and there is no risk of bankruptcy, italso showed that Vietnam motor market’s potential and development is good.The innovation point of the thesis is the using of the Altman’s Z score which is notmentioned in the teaching material to calculate the company’s risk.In this paper, the connotation and theory of financial credit are basic theories, throughthe significance of the financial credit and factors caused financial risk to find therelationship between financial credit and financial risk and the impact on financial risk,with listed companies d Vietnam Toyota Limited Ltd. as a related case, use variousfinancial ratios and Du Pont model analysis, evaluating the financial credit of VietnamToyota, understand the importance of financial credit and the impact on the financial risk,find ways to prevent financial risk, build early warning mechanism strategies underfinancial credit to help companies effectively avoid financial risks and to achieve the stabledevelopment of financial management, in order to better promote the social and economicprogress.
