The Study On The Factors Influencing The Performance Of Retailing Listed Companies In China

Since reform and opening up, constitutes a retail industry as an important element inChina’s circulation industry rapidly, market competitiveness increased, but compared to theUnited States, Europe and Japan and other developed countries, there is still a long way to go.So how to improve the performance of retail business in China, especially how to improve asa subject of retail industry in China’s retail business performance of the listed companies, andacademic issues of general concern.To that end, this article intends to qualitative methods andquantitative methods, based on the comparative method, performance and its influencingfactors of listed company of China’s retailing research, with a view to improving profitabilityof listed companies of China’s retailing, improve operation level provided usefulrecommendations.We can found that the levels of overall performance of listed companies of China’sretailing have been lower and regional development have balanced. By the factor analysisindicated that fierce competition of retail business in China listed company, scale andcomprehensive performance of listed companies of China’s retailing is positive correlation;retailing in China listed company capital structure and performance of a negative correlation.Based on this, make policy recommendations for the development of China’sretailing: actively promoting the development of retail enterprises in Central and Westernregions, reduce regional disparities and achieving the coordinated development of regional;through strategies such as mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances to achieveeconomies of scale, reduce operating costs, improve company performance; reasonablecontrol of company debt, stable company solvency, reducing the company’s financial risk.
