| The establishment of free trade zone is in recent years, a common practice around the world to promote international trade and investment liberalization, usually can boost exports and improve trade conditions to attract foreign investment, absorption of foreign advanced technology,management experience, and pull their economic development. “Law on Free Trade Zones†approved by parliament in 2002. During ten years Mongolian government spent 4 million dollars in Mongolia Chinese border free trade zone,but today Mongolia Chinese border between free trade zone?s construction and development is still very slow.This paper analyzes the specific reasons why the slow development of Mongolian free trade zones. Research method is case study and using other materials, especially Mongolian and international literature research. And analyzing case of other countries free trade zones establishment and development ?s success and failed example. Pointed out that a free trade zone in Mongolia in the development process problems to be solved, development of Mongolian Chinese border Zamiin-Uud free trade zone and Mongolian Russian border Altanbulag free trade zone construction problems and challenges,in-depth understanding Mongolia free trade zone development needs of the basis of strategic planning.This paper analyzes the development of new trends in the world of free trade to bring free trade zone development opportunities in Mongolian free trade zones, analysis shortcomings and difficulties in the construction and development of Mongolia and Chinese border free trade zone, also in-depth understanding of Mongolia’s Free Trade Zone based on the existing development strategy and planning, by drawing on the experience of other countries, especially China free trade zone construction and development. This paper also proposes the application of proposed public-private partnership(PPP) to accelerate the construction of the park Mongolia free trade, optimize the layout of the free trade zone planning and regulating government support policy and regulatory system, and to promote free trade zone Mongolia strategic countermeasure development. |
