Research On Risk Management Of Enterprise Technological Innovation Network

With the speeding development of global economic integration,the competition of the market increases fiercely. Enterprises have to develop through technology innovation to improve the independent innovation ability and market competitiveness.Technology innovation has been taken as an important way to promote economic development and speed up the adjustment of industrial structure in China. As a pattern of technological innovation,technology innovation network has been widely used due to its well use of various resources and its external economy effect. However, due to the factors like uncertainty of external environment, the technical difficulty and complexity, and the limitations of enterprise strength, it will lead technology innovation network to a situation such as extension, suspension, failure or short of expected economic effect.Therefore, technological innovation network is high-risk innovation model which include successful and risk.Enterprises can improve the efficiency of the network innovation if manage risks effectively in technology innovation network.Therefore, it is a very important and urgent task for enterprises to manage the risks of technological innovation network.This paper takes various existing risks in the enterprise technology innovation network as the research object, using research methods such as literature research method, qualitative and quantitative study method and system analysis method. Combining with the characteristics of enterprise technology innovation projects,this paper carries on the research and set up the risk management framework of enterprise technology innovation network.Firstly, this paper identifies the risk factors existing in the enterprise innovation network: political risk, market risk, technology risk, financial risk, moral risk, collaboration risk, relationship risk and organizational risk, and each risk factors also includes different sub risk factors.According to the four stages of evolution of innovation network : forming stage, growth stage, mature stage and decline stage,this paper analyses the risk factors in different evolution stages.Secondly,this paper uses extension model to take quantitative evaluation of the different risk factors,builds the extension model of risk assessment and takes Shanghai Caohejing hi-tech park as case in the empirical research.Thirdly, this paper analyses the risk management mechanism in different stages of enterprise technology innovation network according to the four different stages of evolution. Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures for all kinds of risk, it will provide some ideas in risk management of enterprise technology innovation network.
