The Study On Land Use Change And Its Drivers In Beijing

Beijing is the political economic and cultural center of the nation, and the intensive degree of the land use of Beijing is higher, the land use of Beijing has a sharp contradiction between ecological environment and economic development. The Research about the land use change of Beijing can provide the basis for the adjustment of the land use structure and the policy making of the land resources management in the future, and promote the sustainable development of social economic and resources of the capital.This article selects Beijing,s remote sensing image of three periods in 2000 year,2005 year and 2010 year,and use the supervised classification method of remote sensing software, combined with artificial interpretation, to classify. Then, this paper analyzes the land use situation in Beijing from the change of land use structure, the direction of the land use transfer, the change of the land use speed, the change of the land use degree, and the change of land use diversity. Finally, combining with social and economic statistical indicators, the driving force factors of the land use change in Beijing are carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that:(1) In the land use structure, the construction land and the forest land continued to grow, the arable land continued to decline, the wetland area had been reducing, and the grassland and the unused land changed a little. In the direction of the land use transfer, the arable land mainly rolled out for the construction land and the forest land, and the mainly input source was the forest land; the forest land main rolled out for the arable land and the construction land, and the mainly input sources were the arable land and the grassland; the grassland mainly converted to the forest land and the construction land, and the mainly input source was the arable land; the construction land mainly converted to the grassland, and the mainly input source was the arable land; the Wetland mainly turn out for the arable land and the mainly input source was the arable land.(2) In the land use speed, the single land-use dynamic degree of the unused land in ten years was the largest, it had a fastest change rate, the second was the construction land, the single land-use dynamic degree of the arable land and the Wetland were negative, This suggests that they had a decreasing trend; the comprehensive degree of land use in 2005-2010 was more than 2000-2005,the change speed of the way of the land use had been more fast. The land use degree and the land use diversity of Beijing remain to be improved.(3) The driving force factors of land use change of Beijing has been qualitative and quantitative analysis. In the SPSS software, the driving force factors are quantitatively summarized as economic factor, policy-technical factors and population factors through Using the correlation analysis and the principal component analysis in the SPSS software. And using the comprehensive score model of driving forces, the paper analyzes the changing rule of the driving factors, and the results show that the driving factors of land use change of Beijing have a increasing influence for Beijing.(4) Summarizes the problems of the land use of Beijing:1.the construction land continues to grow, and the arable land continues to decline, they have a increasingly prominent contradiction.2.the wetland area is reducing, the wetland protection has become a problem that can’t be ignored in the construction of the ecological.3.the land use degree and the land use diversity of Beijing need to be improved. And this paper put forward some relevant advice.
