The Study On Urbanization Development In Western Of Shandong Economy Uplift Belt

Urbanization is an important symbol of modernization and industrialization, it is a history process of the rural population to urban population and the traditional agricultural society to a modern urban social. The rapid development of urbanization play a great role on the national economy social development of a country or region. The western of Shandong economy uplift belt contains 60 counties(city, area) in total, it includes Linyi, Heze, Zaozhuang, Jining, Dezhou, Liaocheng, and Dongping, Ningyang County of Tai’an City and it is a relatively backward area in Shandong Province. As a new economic growth pole, the study of the development of the urbanization and of the western of Shandong economy uplift belt is helpful to realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and promote the realization of scientific development across.At present, compared with the eastern coastal areas, urbanization development of the western of Shandong economy uplift belt both in the speed and the quality has a great difference, there are the following problems: The development of the third industry is relatively backward, the supporting capacity of the third industries to urbanization is relatively weak; the problem of two-yuan economic structure is prominent, the urban-rural income gap continues to expand; the inefficient use of resources, extensive mode of growth; the funds for urban infrastructure construction is insufficient.Specifically, this paper takes the data from 1995 to 2013, select the five first level indicators and 9 level two indexes as the influence factors with urbanization development, using the SPSS17.0 software for the principal component analysis and extracting the principal component. On this basis of above, the paper did panel data regression, and gained influence factor of urbanization development of the 6 cities of Shandong western. Economic development, science and education, industry development are the main factors of influencing the level of the urbanization development of the western economic uplift belt. Mainly include: industrial development, the national economy and science education are the main factor of affecting the Linyi urbanization; the science education; infrastructure and population transfer is the main factor for Heze urbanization; industrial development and population transfer affect Zaozhuang and Jining urbanization development; the industrial development and science education are the main factors that influence the development of urbanization of Dezhou; industrial development and population transfer are the main factors for Liaocheng urbanization development. Finally, the paper puts forward counter measures and suggestions for the development of urbanization in the region: taking the industry as leading, speeding up urbanization; increasing the infrastructure investment of the region; eliminating system obstacles; Increasing the investment in education and improving the quality of the population; the government should increase the preferential policies for the western part.
