| TQM is a total quality management (Total Quality Management) acronym, was first out of the Philippines by the United States Genbao Muti. The theory is a demand to meet customer-oriented management approach, which focuses on the effective use of human resources, and advocated combining certain measurement methods, focusing on the continuous improvement process in order to improve product quality and service quality, reduce business costs, reduce business risk, improve the quality of enterprise management level. This theory has been a worldwide business managers of all ages. Implementation of TQM aims through full participation in quality management, enabling enterprises to the level of the most economical to produce products to meet customer expectations, but in order to enhance the quality of products, services and company culture, and gain a competitive advantage and long-term success.H Printing and Dyeing Company is a collection of spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing in one of the large-scale integrated textile listed companies in Changyi Shandong, a variety of adverse factors affecting the quality of products that currently appear in the company’s quality management process, how to break the bottleneck to ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises become a leader in the primary attention. H printing company leadership decided to introduce TQM theory, and under the guidance of this theory, the company launched 6S management, TPM theory, practice production process control system, and achieved certain implementation effect. In this paper, the theory of TQM in-depth study to TQM theory as the guiding ideology, the specific process of company practice TQM theory, there is a problem and the results obtained were analyzed and compared, summed up the hope of effective, suitable for most printing business needs implementation of total quality management program for its product quality control, support and other aspects of the production process specification. |
