| In recent years, with the acceleration of construction of China’s urbanization process and global economic integration, the problem of agricultural development and land resources have begun to expose, the level of agricultural mechanization reflects the development of China’s agriculture, land resources sustainable use means that the number and quality of the land fit for the growing population and rising standards of living. there has important theoretical and practical significance to analyze agriculture mechanization and sustainable land use scientific and systematic, to promote the development of agricultural mechanization and the sustainable use of land. This paper from the standpoint of both sustainable land use and agricultural mechanization, analyze the factors of agricultural mechanization and the sustainable use of land, through the establishment of agricultural mechanization evaluation system to measure the level of development of agricultural mechanization in Hebei Province, and studied agricultural mechanization factors affecting between horizontal and sustainable land use. The contents and results are as follows:(1) The influence factors of agricultural mechanization and sustainable land use, based on the statistics of each factor to determine the main factors of agricultural mechanization and sustainable land use, the paper can be analyzed by statistical data on principal component analysis.(2) Based rural statistics from the level of agricultural mechanization on 2002-2012 in Hebei Province,the support capabilities of agricultural mechanization, comprehensive benefits of agricultural mechanization three aspects to build agricultural mechanization level evaluation system, the level of agricultural mechanization in Hebei Province were analyzed and use gray forecasting Model GM(1,1) predict agricultural mechanization level in Hebei Province. The results show that: the level of agricultural mechanization in Hebei Province overall upward trend in the level of mechanization in 2002 was only 51.67% to 2012 has increased to 63.26%, an average annual increase of 1.05%, and is expected to reach 71.28% in 2017, reaching agriculture mechanization advanced stage.(3) The relationship between agricultural mechanization and sustainable land use. From the analysis of the relationship between the four aspects: the level of agricultural mechanization and land resources, the level of agricultural mechanization and economic factors, the level of agricultural mechanization and social factors, the the level of agricultural mechanization and environment resource. Based on the relationship between agricultural mechanization and sustainable land, Hebei agricultural mechanization and sustainable land use proposals: rational development of prices of agricultural machinery, increase farmers financial investment, the establish service system of agricultural mechanization, establish land transfer market, clear rural land system reform and land rights, there has a significant meaning for development of agricultural mechanization and land sustainable use. |
