The Design And Implementation Of Purchased Electricity Management System For Taian Power Supply Company

Recent years, with the rapid changes of social science and technology, the requirement of people for the life quality is more and more, which made the international social power consumption sharply increased and the requirement for the security higher. In such a background, the traditional way of electricity purchasing and management already can’t satisfy people’s increasing material life level. So the enterprise carries out the reserve electricity service in order to serve the masses of residents better and provide convenience for the residents’ life and power. The electricity payment tends to be like the online operation for the power supply industry, which made the payment more intelligent and more free. Therefore, in such a situation the power-up company decided to develop a reserve electricity management system in Taian.This paper adopts the object-oriented mind, and this system used the J2EE architecture. Besides we used UML as the analytic design tool and analyzed the related operation during the reserve electricity business management, adopted multi-layer software function framework aiming at the characteristics of this system and its users. The system is based on spring framework and UIMS interface in the technology and it realized the information maintenance of reserve electricity clients, input test of purchase power, client purchase electricity management, purchase electricity data management, purchase electricity data review and manual message rush fee, etc.This system has realized reserve electricity clients, input test of purchase power, client purchase electricity management, purchase electricity data management, purchase electricity data review and manual message rush fee six aspects of functional design. The reserve electricity manager can manage the project, including querying, adding, deleting and modifying the client information, maintaining the basic parameters, cancelling the electric equipment that client purchased and rushing the users whose electricity remaining too little. What’s more, we can check the client’s contact and the status in the history. So whether the purchased electricity customers or the manager, both can get great convenience and satisfaction.After the completion, this system can finish the management of reserve electricity business, and the manager do his job according to the different clients’ functions demand and the related regulations. The implement of this system improved the efficiency of management for the power-up company in Taian, and the service for client to rush by message increased customer’s satisfaction and the quality of life. The system simplified the process of electricity purchasing, which saved the management time and improved the working efficiency, and made the management work get on a new step.
