The Research On Machenism Of The Clustered Firm Core Competence Growth Based On Knowledge Network Embedding

Knowledge has become an important strategic resource of a firm in the age of knowledge economy, and also is the main source of enterprise core ability to grow. In terms of cluster firm, local knowledge spillover is an advantage of industrial cluster internal effect, cluster knowledge network is an important source of enterprises to acquire knowledge. However, scattered, chaotic knowledge itself does not automatically ensure that enterprises gain a strategic advantage and help its core ability to grow, enterprises must carry on the effective management of knowledge and then to be realized.Based on the embedded point of view, this paper focuses on the clustered firm level, from the knowledge network relational embedding and structural embedding to discuss embedded cluster enterprise local knowledge network on the growth mechanism of core competence. To reveal its internal mechanism, namely the leading type of absorption-transformation knowledge as Transformative Knowledge Management (TKM) and the leading type of integration-creation knowledge management as Innovative Knowledge Management (IKM), and the two kinds of different types of knowledge management play the intermediary role between the embedded knowledge network and the growth of cluster enterprise core competence of the relationship, build up the knowledge network embedded (structural embedding and relational embedding)-knowledge management (TKM and IKM)-core competence growth (operation management ability growth, technology innovation ability growth, marketing ability growth) "the theory of logic. AT the same time, this paper argues that knowledge perception-acquisition is the primary key process in the knowledge management under the knowledge network embedded, and knowledge management is not only refer to one or several enterprises ability, its internal is also a dynamic process from knowledge acquisition to the use as a whole, the dynamic process within the enterprise mainly present two different forms as TKM and IKM, in other words, knowledge management inner dimensions in space, and with different types of following up on time. This paper get the following conclusions through the empirical study:(1) Knowledge management including "knowledge perception-acquisition", "knowledge absorption-transformation", "knowledge integration-innovation" and "knowledge transmit-using" four dimensions on the space, and TKM and IKM is a process of organic whole. (2) Knowledge network structural embedding does not have significant positive influence, and relational embedding has significant positive effects on core ability growth. (3) The position of the center degree in the structural embedding and the relationship quality in the relational embedding has a significant positive influence on knowledge perception-acquisition, the scale of network in the structural embedding and the contact strength in the relational embedding dose not have a significant positive influence on knowledge perception-acquisition. (4)TKM has a complete mediation effect between the knowledge network embedded and the core competence growth, and IKM has partial intermediary effect. In addition, this paper also found that the knowledge integration-innovation plays a bigger role in the process of the knowledge perception-acquisition to the knowledge transmit-using than knowledge absorption-transformation.Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research, and in view of the actual manufacturing cluster enterprises in our country, this paper put forward some strategy suggestions to promote the cluster core competence growth from two aspects:embedded knowledge network and knowledge management, which made this study more practical significance. At the same time, this paper points out the shortages of this study and future research direction.
