Research On The Effects Of Market-oriented Process On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Anhui Province

Upgrading of the industrial structure is an important part of economic development. The essence of this upgrading is the process that industrial sectors with high-productivity to gradually replace sectors with low-productivity, meanwhile, employment gradually transfer into high-efficiency industrial labor from inefficient industrial labor. Upgrading of industrial structure not only means that the employed population have higher labor output and higher living standards, it can also improve the efficiency use of resource to get rid of the extensive way of development in the past. Upgrading of industrial structure is key elements of Sustainable development. A lot of scholars concerned about the upgrading of industrial structure because of the important significance for practice, which makes the study popular. They have studied much on it, such as what is the model of upgrading the industrial structure and what the path of its upgrading.This article is also concerned about this topic.But the problem is what kind of perspective I should select before my study. Then I final chose the market-oriented process as the perspective of this study.Why choose this market-oriented process? It is because the market-oriented process is critical with regard to the process of China’s economic development. The market-oriented process is accompanied by the process of China’s economic development and has been the subject of discussion in the last 30 years a lot of time node, such as 1978’s reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping’s southern speech in 1992,and 18th CPC National Congress just hold a moment ago, how to face the market and how to make market mechanisms efficiency to promote China’s economic development? They are both the important issues related to the country’s future development. So it’s easy to form the basic idea of the study. We will study the relationship between this two objects.I have prepared and studied a lot of literature relate to this topic before writing. When I start writing, I make a comprehensive introduction about the theory and define the concepts clearly in the first. Then I select Anhui province as the main sample area and select 1997 to 2013 as the main sample period.After then, with the counting of large number of relevant economic data, I have made a description and analysis about both the market-oriented process and the upgrading process of industrial structure in Anhui province. I have found some conclusions through the forward analysis. One of which is both the market-oriented process and the upgrade of industrial structure in Anhui Province are in the process of improvement in general.At last, I have further studied the relationship between them through Regression analysis and the results show there is some influence market-oriented process to the upgrade of Industrial structure in long, but no in short. This study has made other conclusions except these, which maybe meaningful too.
