Study On The Development Of Fujian Farmers’ Entrepreneurial Park From The Perspective Of Multi-interests

Agricultural modernization development is indispensable to build the new Fujian province which people are rich with ecological beauty. At the ninth session of the ninth Fujian Party Committee, the government puts forward to develop the modern agriculture vigorously, promotes the agricultural industrialization and modernization. Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park emerges as the times require as a new model, new platform and new luminescent spot, the farmers develop their own agriculture in the park. The establishment and development of Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial parks relate to the interests of all parties. Without the efforts of all parties, Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park can not be sustainable development. In order to promote the development of Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park, we must continue to improve the environment for the development of Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park, and coordinate its stakeholders’ relationship. Therefore, to promote the various stakeholders getting together to build Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park, make Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park develop, achieve a win-win situation, it is necessary to do research on Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park development with the multiple interests’perspective.This paper took nine provincial farmers’ entrepreneurial park of Fujian as the research object. Firstly, it reviewed the research on the agriculture parks which are similar to the model of Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park, and it introduced the research status of the stakeholders, defied the concept of the stakeholders of Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park. Secondly, through the investigation and interview, the paper concluded that the current development situation and existing problems of Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park. Thirdly, understanding the stakeholders’ interests demand by the questionnaire, the paper used SPSS to analysis the data with descriptive statistics and T test. Then combined with the demand analysis and the interview results, it analyzed the interest conflict among the stakeholders. And it pointed out that the stakeholders’ interests’ demands were different with something similar. Each stakeholder conflicts in something like agricultural extension, interest’s distribution, cooperation mechanism. Fourthly, whit the factor analysis, regression analysis and other method, the paper analyzed stakeholders’ satisfaction about the development of Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial parks. Finally, based on the above investigation and analysis, in order to achieve the balance of interests and promote the sustainable development of Fujian farmers’ entrepreneurial park, the paper put forward some corresponding development countermeasures:Multiparty cooperation and seek common development; Improve the infrastructure and social service system; Increase investment and optimize financing; Establish and improve environmental protection mechanism; Speed up the technology popularization of technology, strengthen personnel training; Encourage innovation and improve the level of agricultural modernization; Establish and perfect the interests’ symbiotic mechanism.
