In this paper, through case analysis, we will study PPP project renegotiation trigger events and trigger points, the main content of the study are as follows:First of all, based on the public goods theory and project distinguish theory, we determine the application scope in the urban infrastructure PPP mode; From two aspects of the research content and method of the PPP projects, we analyze the incomplete contract renegotiation at present research, and the few studies the PPP project renegotiation trigger problems; Through the literature review of case study method, determines the application of process the case study method.Secondly, this paper summarizes the PPP project renegotiation trigger events, analyzes the renegotiation trigger point.
