Research On The Equilibrium Point Of The Inland River Container Port

As China national power is becoming stronger and stronger and people's living condition having been improved greatly, international trade and domestic trade are increasing at a sustained high speed in recent years. Because the development of container shipping has close relationship with social economy, Container port, as an import point in world logistics system, boosts the development of social economy, the adjustment and development of industry structure. Container shipping which is a kind of transportation, has been greatly developing, and which lead to the container port construction. So our governments attach much importance to the development of container port, China's container port construction from south to north is raging in this conditions. On the other hand, the worldwide financial crisis has hit China's export-oriented economy fiercely after 2008, China's economy gradually transforms from the export-oriented economy to internal-oriented economy,and demand is pulled by investment and foreign trade.Therefore, because the new increase in throughout and the transformation in economic after the financial crisis, the risk of the supply exceeds the demand of container ports has increased, even the vicious competition between container ports. It has become the focus of attention how to program and construct a container port to avoid wasting resources and reconstructing.This paper, by using inland river container ports the actual object, mainly studied the construction and trigger mechanism of inland river container Ports. The characteristic, function and present situation of the port is at the beginning of this paper.Secondly, the perspective of government,port company and shipping company on the building of the inland river container ports is another section; Finally, the construction and trigger mechanism of inland river container is at the end.In the research methods,this paper make an evaluation on inland river container parts from the perspective of government, port company and shipping company, and propose "equilibrium point" point of the view on the building of container ports. In this study, a series of indicators has been promoted after reading large amount of literature and interviews to make full investigation on the construction of inland river container ports. The evaluation for container transportation competitiveness is acomplicated system, so this article use a decision-making analytical method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods, some qualitative factors are turned to quantitative factors to achieve a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and make sure the algorithm is scientific and feasible. Then the paper makes a further discussion of the relevance and application by taking chongqing container port for example.
