| In the process of industrialization and urbanization after reform and opening up, a large number of rural labor forces transferred to urban cities, with which the social group-migrant workers appeared. In recent years, under the influence of various factors, the tendency of migrant workers’ returning becomes obvious. As a result, the situation of bidirectional flow of rural labor forces is forming. Though the returning of tens of thousands of migrant workers has brought huge employment pressure on rural society, it also brings new chances for development-the strong willingness of entrepreneurship in returned migrant workers. The significance of returned migrant workers’entrepreneurship is all-round, which not only solves the development problem after migrant workers’returning, but also pull the local employment and activates countryside economy to push the development of township as well. To support returned migrant workers’ entrepreneurship, the government introduces relevant policies and conducts entrepreneurial training for returned migrant workers nationwide since 2008. Based on the facts of returned migrant workers’entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial training is essential to nurture entrepreneurial awareness and improve entrepreneurial capability. Therefore, the quality of entrepreneurial training determines the result of returned migrant workers’entrepreneurship.To improve the quality of present returned migrant workers’ entrepreneurial training, on the basis of theory and literature research, according to the practices of entrepreneurial training, the thesis will find problems and put practical strategies to solve the problems. The thesis aims at improving the results of entrepreneurial training, so as to truly help returned migrant workers succeed in entrepreneurship. The thesis can be classified into the following parts:Chapter 1:Introduction. This part reveals the research background and the theoretical and practical significance of this topic, and clarifi es the basic concepts, such as migrant workers and returned migrant workers, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial training of this research.Chapter 2:the Characteristics of Returned Migrant Workers. Through the analysis of the four aspects:general identity of returned migrant workers; employment situation before returning; analysis on major causes of migrant workers’returning and advantages and disadvantages of returning and willingness of entrepreneurship, this thesis illustrates the particularity of migrant workers. This is a basic research of understanding returned migrant workers’entrepreneurial training correctly.Chapter 3:the Existing Problems in Returned Migrant Workers’ Entrepreneurial Training. Through the analysis of internal and external factors that restrict the training results, the thesis points out six problems, including fund, training implementation, training management, trainees, theoretical research and human environment.Chapter 4:Research on the Strategies of Existing Problems in Entrepreneurial Training. Aiming at the abovementioned 6 problems, the thesis puts forward counter-measures and suggestions to improve training quality. |
