Daqing oilfield power group belongs to Daqing Oil Field Co. With the continuous deepening of oilfield economic and social development and reform, oil field electric power group also in constantly open up the market, electric power customers increasing, electric power marketing service work is more and more important, and customer satisfaction is a measure of oil field electric power group and the effect of comprehensive evaluation index. But oil field electric power group in this work is not enough. Therefore, this paper to Daqing oil field electric power group customer satisfaction evaluation system design and application of the title, with a certain practical significance and application value.This paper takes Daqing Oilfield Power Group as the research object and studies the design and application of the customer satisfaction evaluation system.. First, review the relevant research literature at home and abroad, puts forward the research content and ideas; secondly, to customer satisfaction and evaluation theory are summarized, as the theoretical basis of this study; thirdly, combined with the characteristics of Daqing Oilfield Power Group, the basic situation of Daqing oil field electric power group marketing is reviewed, analyzes factors affecting the satisfaction of Daqing oilfield power group customers; on this basis, build customer satisfaction evaluation system composed of their weights and evaluation model of evaluation index; and the Daqing Oilfield Electric Power Group has carried on the empirical analysis; finally, according to the evaluation results were analyzed and put forward rectification measures. Through the research of Daqing oil field electric power group customer satisfaction evaluation system design and application, to help Daqing oil field electric power group problems existing in the power supply service, found that influence customer satisfaction factors, so as to further improve the electric power enterprise of oil field power supply service quality.
