Since the reform and opening up, sustained and rapid development of Chinese economy,overall national strength and people’s living standards have markedly improved, creating a remarkable "China miracle". But there are also some problems, inter-regional and intra-regional development coordination is one of them. The development of the Inner Mongolia region reflects the uncoordinated regional development. Regional coordinated development can not just look at the magnitude of economic indicators, but should look at the development of Inner Mongolia economy, the coordination from social factors. In this paper, through the introduction of regional coordinated development system to calculate the rating of Inner Mongolia regional coordinated development degree, results show that the development of Inner Mongolia area in a narrow stage of development, through analyzing the influence of natural factors in Inner Mongolia area and the coordinated development of social factors analysis, leading to the core problem of uncoordinated development in Inner Mongolia area is not to deal with the central government and the local government and the local government’s intergovernmental relations, therefore, the coordinated development from the perspective of intergovernmental relations in Inner Mongolia area, by making the government the central government and the Inner Mongolia area of the administrative and financial relations between the local government and between; straighten out the various local government Union City competition. Finally, established from the central to the local legal system, perfect financial support system, improve the incentive mechanism, the benefit compensation mechanism,supervision mechanism and provide support in terms of policy, the settlement of the Inner Mongolia area industrial structure needs to be improved, the uneven allocation of infrastructure, public service level of development is not a big gap between urban and rural development, and many other issues, to realize the coordinated development of the economy,the society in Inner Mongolia area.
