Research On The Satisfaction Degree And Incentive System Improvement Of CSA Aircraft Maintenance Department Staff

The Chinese air transport has been the world second biggest system only next to U.S. after the booming expansion in recent years. Human is the key factor in the aircraft maintenance system. The research from recent years proves that, the accidents which link with the maintenance staff are increasing. The performance of the maintenance staff affects the quality of the aircraft maintenance, and at the same time, the quality of the aircraft maintenance affects the air safety.The purpose of this research is to study the operation mode of incentive system through analyzing the current incentive situation of the aircraft maintenance department staff in network airlines companies, like CSA. Improvement and optimized suggests will be got under the analysis of the major problem in incentive system based on the survey of the staff loss, and according to the practical situation and the incentive condition.The first chapter of this paper shows the background and the meaning of the research. The second chapter will discuss the theory about the incentive system and satisfaction degree of the staff. The third chapter is the introduction to the characteristics of the airline maintenance development and the human resource. The fourth chapter is to research the factor of the unstable number of the employee on the basis of surveying the satisfaction degree of the aircraft maintenance staff.
