Carbon emission, an important factor of the impact of global warming, has been highly concerned all around the word. The Summation and Increment of Carbon emission in china is relatively large compared with other countries. China should take the responsibility of reducing the carbon emission, and has promised to cut off 40%-50% of carbon dioxide per GDP. Fujian province,the frontier of economic development in china, has the obligation to reduce carbon emission.This paper mainly researches on the difference and Influencing factors of manufacturing industry in Fujian province. The manufacturing industry is divided into three categories, labor-intensive, capital intensive and technology intensive, and analyzed from two dimensions in time and space in this paper. From 1999 to 2011, Total carbon emissions of three categories of manufacturing industry and its sub industries has increased year by year, at the same time, the carbon emissions intensity decreased. Research shows that total carbon emissions from large to small in turn is capital intensive industry, labor-intensive industry, technology intensive industry. As for carbon emission intensity, capital intensive industry ranked first, but labor intensive industry and technology intensive industry ranked according to different time. On sub industry perspective, the total carbon emissions and carbon emissions intensity of capital intensive industry are relatively large in Smelting and processing of ferrous metals and non-metallic mineral products industry; the forefront in label intensive industry includes textile industry and papermaking and paper products industry, meanly while, the carbon emission intensity of textile industry is lower than the production of paper and paper products industry; the maximum in technology intensive industry is chemical raw materials and chemical products industry. This paper studies the spatial distribution of the three categories of manufacturing industry based on Gini coefficient and CR index, then, this paper studies the spatial distribution of the three categories of manufacturing industry based on carbon emissions of sub sectors. Results show that:carbon emissions of labor intensive manufacturing are mainly concentrated in Quanzhou and Fuzhou, while, carbon emissions of capital intensive manufacturing are mainly concentrated in Quanzhou, Sanming and Fuzhou. In addition, carbon emissions of technology intensive manufacturing in the nine cities are generally low, only slightly higher in Sanming.This paper analysis the impact of economic growth, energy structure, energy intensity and industrial structure on both manufacturing industry and its three categories sub industries in Fujian province, by using LMDI factor decomposition method, bases on Kaya equation. Results show that:economic growth promotes the change of carbon emissions, while energy intensity restrains carbon emissions on both manufacturing industry and its three categories sub industries perspective; the influence of energy structure and industrial structure varies at different time. The last part of this paper puts forward several policies on the perspective of industry, region and Macro-control, we should promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of manufacturing industry, increase the input in science and technology, optimize the energy structure; Decrease carbon emission throw different categories, pay close attention to the sub sectors; Focus on the characteristics of regional distribution of carbon emissions and make targeted treatment; Strengthen macro-control and the rule of law construction to provide a solid guarantee for reducing carbon emissions.
