Study Of The Profit Model Transformation Of XX Securities Company Based On The Analysis Of The Value Chain

China’s securities market have developed for more than 20 years, the securities companies have played an indispensable role in the development of China’s securities market. However, as China’s securities market becomes to be more mature, and the securities regulations and policies are improved, along with the change of the market environment, the development of China’s securities companies are facing a increasingly severe test. The current profit model has been unable to meet the strategic needs of the company’s development, there is a serious of infections in the profit model such as the imbalance of the business structure, the absence of risk management, the disability of the cost control, these problems will not only have a great influence on the development of the securities companies, but also affect the healthy development of the securities market. Therefore, the transformation of the securities companies’ profit model has become a important topic in recent years. In this paper, I combine the analysis of the current profit model with the analysis of XX securities company’s value chain, propose the transformation strategy of XX securities company’s profit model.In recent years, though there are lots of studies of profit model transformation of securities companies, but most of the studies are for the whole securities industry, just by analyzing the differences of the profit model between China’s securities firms and foreign securities firms to raise the strategy of profit model transformation of China’s securities companies, the transformation strategy raised above may not be useful for China’s securities companies.I conducted the paper writing on the the basis of the summary of previous research and related theory. This paper applies the PEST in the analysis of the outside macro environment that securities companies face when they are running the business, including the political environment, the economic environment, the social environment and the technological environment, then this paper points out the imperfection of the current profit model of XX securities company based on the analysis of the previous business case of XX securities company, finally, proposes the transformation strategy of XX securities company’s profit model through the in-depth analysis of the value chain.
