Study On Investment Controlof BT Project Based On System Dynamics

The investment control of BT project is directly related to the success of the BT projects. The traditional method of investment control is a kind of control especially in hindsight, moreover, which pays more attention to the decomposition of the target. The investment control with system dynamics focused on the strategic level to grasp the investment, and that can be used for simulating different and complex situations, and which is the supplement of the traditional methods. In this paper, the concrete research contents are as follows:Firstly, based on the analysis of the BT project differs from the general characteristics of construction project, we expound the advantages of the BT project, the main participants, as well as the choice of the contract mode. In addition, several operation mode of BT project were analyzed, including its work conditions, the rights and obligations of the subject, and so on. Then, the basic principles of BT project investment control were analyzed.Secondly, by studying the system dynamics method and system dynamics software and analyzing the modeling conditions, combining the characteristics of the BT project, the content of investment control at various stages and the key points of BT project were studied. The system dynamics was used to set up feedback graph model of the whole process of the BT project investment control. The feedback model was used to probe the influence factors of investment control working backward systematically, and the various influencing factors were analyzed.Finally, based on the system dynamic feedback graph model, the equation of construction phase was established. By using comprehensive weighting method to determine the weight of each factor, established the system dynamics model. With the system dynamics model, the investment control of construction phase was investigated by simulation analysis, proved the operability of system dynamics in the investment control of BT project.
