The banking is facing great challenges, such as the internet financial, financial disintermediation, interest rate reform, nowadays the great changes have taken place, and county bank is no exception. Whether it can resist on external shocks, the internal competition from the banking sector, Whether it can enhance the competitiveness in the same industry and the system status, whether it can implement the requirements of the state that bank supporting rural county economy, these are problems that he country bank cannot evasive, only by the transformation can solve these problems. How to transform? In this paper, we try to find an answer by researching the strategy of the County bank restructuring and development by the case of county branch of Bank A.In this paper, we focus on the major structural changes around the county bank customers in the study of Bank restructuring and development of the county, such as investment clients, the flow of commerce customers, communities of customers, resource extraction enterprises, agricultural production and processing enterprises, plant breeding large, entrepreneurial work out customers, etc., for the current 4 problems County Bank is facing, this paper by drawing on research by others of the county and the county economy banks, based on the basic principles of economic and financial support to rely on banks, inter-bank competition and win-win, for bank management theory, regional economic theory, finance inhibition theory or deepening, imperfect competition theory that four demonstration and application of the theory to the county a bank, for example, the three aspects of the business structure, service mode and management model are discussed. First, the business restructuring, mainly to serve the real economy and the people’s livelihood, changes in the consumer sector; second, the way in service restructuring,(1) physical channel by a single physical network to physical outlets, self-service banking, pos extending electronic banking channels integrated platform for development;(2) to convert the electronic channels for the main channel services;(3) to provide a standardized hierarchical classification grouping customers on the basis of the difference, an alienation of service; third, management restructuring in the context of large data next, enhance marketing intensive, application ability of data, product innovation capability.The proposed restructuring and development strategy has been implemented in the County Branch of Bank A, for the A bank’s own development, the contribution has significant effect on the local economy. Results of this study have important guiding significance for the management in the restructuring and development of the County Bank.
