With the development of economy, profit-making companies in constant occupy more markets, and with the expansion of market space, office workers is in constant increasing. The office is the carrier of enterprise profits and all this needs a stable, suitable for office space. According to the principle of supply and demand, in the trading needs a reference, and the reference value is derived from real estate appraisal.This article is mainly about the office real estate value assessment theory and method and to explore the mortgage value of the typical high-tech zone of chengdu XX office building,to point out the problems of reduction rate values.Based on the market data,with matlab2012 programs the formulations in the grey correlation degree analysis and the entropy weight method to select comparable examples and determine the weights of factors and finally reach the better price. In the application of traditional marketing considers quantitative analysis.Grey correlation degree analysis selects comparable instances and the entropy weight method determines the weights of more factors.Try to avoid evaluation subjectivity.The combination of qualitative and quantitative makes the results more convincing.Finally use the improvement to assess the office of the real estate.
